工作職責(zé)
* Lead a team of sales staffs at area level to deliver financial targets in a
sustainable way through the on-time, effective and efficient implementation of
sales plans.帶領(lǐng)地區(qū)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì),按時(shí)、有效、高效地執(zhí)行銷售計(jì)劃,實(shí)現(xiàn)地區(qū)財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)的可持續(xù)達(dá)成。
* Lead team to deliver area annual financial targets. 帶領(lǐng)地區(qū)團(tuán)隊(duì)達(dá)成年度財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)。
* Contribute to regional business plan (RBP) as a member of regional
leadership team, develop area integrated sales plan (ISP) under RSP’s guideline
and lead team to produce county level action plans (CAP).
做為大區(qū)管理團(tuán)隊(duì)成員,共同參與制定大區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃;基于大區(qū)業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃,制定本地區(qū)銷售計(jì)劃;帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)制定縣級(jí)行動(dòng)計(jì)劃。
* Drive, monitor, support, and review the implementation of various actions
as specify in plans on a regular basis for achieving targets.
落實(shí)、監(jiān)督、支持和復(fù)盤各項(xiàng)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行情況,確保實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)。
* Plan, manage and optimize area channel network based on BCS channel
strategy and lead team to make it happen.基于BCS渠道戰(zhàn)略,規(guī)劃、管理及優(yōu)化地區(qū)渠道網(wǎng)絡(luò),并帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)實(shí)施。
* Support Regional Sales Lead (RSL) to manage Bayer Distributors (BDs).
協(xié)助大區(qū)銷售總監(jiān)管理拜耳經(jīng)銷商。
* Act responsibly in monthly sell in/out forecasting at area level, map out
business upside and downside as well as take proactive actions.
負(fù)責(zé)地區(qū)月度銷售、消耗預(yù)測(cè),梳理業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并及時(shí)采取行動(dòng)。
* Manage and ensure area OPEX within the agreed budget. 管理并確保地區(qū)OPEX在預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)。
* Ensures that all team operations are in compliant with local legal and
corporate requirements.確保所有的團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)作符合當(dāng)?shù)胤珊凸镜囊蟆?br /> * Develop and coach team members to achieve higher level of professionalism
in their day-to-day performance and to achieve higher efficiency as a team.

任職要求
* Degree in agriculture science or business management. 農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)或商業(yè)管理學(xué)歷。
* Leadership, good sales and market knowledge, good analytical abilities,
able to work well cross-functionally and manage complexity.
具備良好的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力;豐富的銷售和市場(chǎng)知識(shí);良好的分析、跨職能協(xié)作及管理復(fù)雜性的能力。
* At least 3 years experience in the sales, marketing or technical
development within the crop management industry. 3年以上植保行業(yè)銷售、市場(chǎng)或技術(shù)開發(fā)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
* Highly motivated, good initiative, good communicator and have positive
attitude. 積極主動(dòng)、善于溝通以及樂觀向上。
